Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register or POS system.
- Process sales, returns, and exchanges while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is organized and visually appealing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front end of the store.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers, utilizing strong communication skills.
- Assist in training new staff members as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating a cash register or POS system is advantageous.
