Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing Aloha POS for order entry.
- Provide detailed menu descriptions, including daily specials, to enhance the dining experience through effective upselling techniques.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables, checking back with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
- Assist with guest relations by addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely preparation of orders.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance culinary knowledge and service skills.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server in fine dining or nightclub environments is preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and culinary terminology.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services and relations.
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively while providing exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
