Location : Bergey’s Truck Center-Lebanon, PA (Central PA)
Pay : Base Salary plus commission. Based on Sales Experience.
Summary :
Develop, manage, and maintain client relationships, in all aspects.
Essential Duties :
Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit termsRecommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interestsContact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit ordersEstimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery datesConsult with customers after contract signing to resolve problems and to provide ongoing supportPrepare estimates, and proposals that meet specific customer needsIdentify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing customers, participating in organizations and associations, and attending trade shows and conferencesMonitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and salesProvide account management to lease customers by resolving operational and financial conflicts.Build relationships with leasing customers by acting as a transportation consultant, conducting periodic reviews, and managing the voice of the customer process.Complete administrative duties related to account management by following up on accounts receivable, equipment delivery, completing reports, etc.Utilize CRM to manage marketplaceTeam PlayerOther projects and tasks as assigned by managerEducation and / or Experience :
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience is a plusBusiness to Business Sales ExperienceRequirements :
