Location: Bergey's Truck Center, Reading PA
Shift: Full Time
Summary:
Coordinating daily inventory levels, executing parts administrative tasks, and organizing other related day-to-day functions
Essential Duties
- Process and manage receipts, payables, and invoices from suppliers
- Responsible for clerical and organizational tasks like file organizing
- Helps maintain the professional appearance of the parts department
- Put stock away in correct locations
- Receive and store parts, maintain inventory cycle counts and ensure parts are available when needed
- Answer telephone dealing directly with customers and vendors
- Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Willingness to learn job related duties
- Maintains professional appearance
- Follow safety procedures
