Duties
- Engage with potential customers through various online platforms to generate leads and drive sales.
- Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Conduct public speaking engagements or webinars to promote products and educate customers about offerings.
- Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure seamless customer experiences from inquiry to purchase.
- Employ upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate terms of sale with customers to close deals effectively.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and follow-ups to ensure timely communication.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
Experience
- Previous experience in automotive sales or outside sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of retail math concepts and their application in a sales environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven public speaking skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
- Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus, as well as experience in negotiating deals effectively.
