Position Overview:
As a Senior Project Manager at Bergolla, a respected interior contractor specializing in commercial and residential projects, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple drywall installation projects from initiation to completion. You will lead project teams, collaborate with clients, subcontractors, general contractors, and vendors, and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
You will be a key leader within a mid-sized team, requiring strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage resources effectively, build client relationships, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in drywall construction management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior project management or leadership role, preferably within a subcontractor environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification a plus. OSHA 30-hour or other relevant safety certifications are a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of drywall systems, materials, installation methods, and industry standards.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, ScheduleIt, MS Project).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar projects from conception to completion.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets, contracts, and change orders.
Salary : $95,000 - $150,000
