Customer Services
We're passionate about experience customer services,and we're looking for someone to ensure our current and future customers have the best possible interaction with our brand and products. You will be on the forefront of our customer service function to ensure overall customer satisfaction is achieved.
Responsibilities.
- Entry of customer information into proprietary software system simultaneously
- Adhere to call conversion rate and incoming call abandoned rate set forth by management.
- Exceed expectations at providing customer care that is reflective on quality scorecard.
- Analyze, review, and process customer's request for return authorization
- Critical thinking to drive for solutions to issues in order to not lose the sale
- Communicate customer feedback to appropriate Tot Team members
- Build and maintain professional and positive relationships with peers
- Gain cross-functional experience in sales, events, marketing, and other customer-facing functions as desired.
- Compensation $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Qualifications
- Ability to work on many different tasks simultaneously with frequent interruptions with attention to time sensitive deadlines
- Helping customers select suitable merchandise for themselves and as gifts
- Research new marketing territories and strategies.
- Computer data entry proficiency
- Ability to sell over the phone and answer a heavy volume call center.
