What are the responsibilities and job description for the Farm Worker position at Bergseng Family Farm?
Dairy and grain operation near River falls looking for part-time or full-time employee to assist with daily operations. Position can be seasonal for the summer or year-round. Previous experience operating equipment such as tractors and/or skid steers preferred. Prior experience around livestock preferred but not required.
Responsibilities include:
- Mixing feed per rations
- Cleaning pens with a skid steer
- Mechanical work on machinery
- Farm maintenance
- Livestock work
- Crop production and harvest
Requirements
- Must be able to speak and read English
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work outside and carry up to 50 lbs
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
