We are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Litigation Associate to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Independently manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution, including handling depositions, motion practice, and court appearances.
Collaborate closely with partners and other associates on complex litigation matters.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and memoranda.
Develop litigation strategies and communicate effectively with clients.
Participate in settlement negotiations and trial preparation.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the New York State Bar and in good standing.

4–7 years of litigation experience, preferably in a mid-size or boutique firm setting.

Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

Proven ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

Experience in real estate, construction, and / or condominium / co-op litigation.
