Entry-Level Automotive Technician

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Bergstrom Volkswagen of Green Bay is seeking a motivated and skilled Entry-Level Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and a basic understanding of vehicle mechanics. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and minor repairs under the guidance of experienced technicians. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in the automotive industry and gain valuable hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance tasks
• Assist senior technicians with more complex repairs
• Inspect vehicles for wear and tear and identify potential issues
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Schedule: Monday--Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour dependent on experience. Pay starts hourly but will switch to flat rate after training is completed.

WHO'S RIGHT FOR THE JOB?

• ASE Certifications are preferred
• Degree in Automotive Technology OR experience as an Automotive Technician is required
• Valid driver's license with a reputable record

Salary : $18 - $21
