WHAT YOU'LL DO
The role of the Assistant Service Manager is to provide support to the service advisors and service manager as directed. The Assistant Service Manager is a guest facing individual that focuses on the delivering the guest a world-class experience and ensures the team exceeds guest expectations by meeting promise times, proper communication, and fixing the guest concerns right the first time. The Assistant Service Manager will partner with the Service Manager on interviewing, hiring, and training Service Advisors and Technicians.
Pay: Annual salary dependent on experience plus a monthly dealership performance bonus - will be discussed further during interview.
WHO'S RIGHT FOR THE JOB?
- 3 years or more of automotive service writing OR service lane leadership experience is required
- Upbeat and positive personality
- Active listening skills
- Ability to provide excellent guest service
