Key Responsibilities
- Help coordinate and dispatch wholesale parts orders to ensure timely delivery to our guests and internal departments.
- Help oversee the distribution and logistics of parts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all deliveries.
- Maintain and update vehicle maintenance records for the warehouse fleet, ensuring timely upkeep and compliance.
- Help monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and support the restocking process to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company standards.
- Help with utilization of tracking software and tools to monitor order statuses, fleet performance, and inventory.
- Perform administrative tasks such as preparing reports, maintaining records, and handling documentation related to inventory, fleet management, and logistics.
- Provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests while representing Bergstrom Automotive's core values.
Schedule: Monday-Friday shifts of 7:00 am to 4:00 pm or 8:00 am to 5:00 pm dependent on business needs
Pay of $17.00-20.00/hour based on experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in logistics, automotive, or warehouse management is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with logistics, inventory management, and administrative software; Google Suite experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, automotive, or logistics role is preferred.
