We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Warranty Manager to join our team and support our warranty operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Conduct one-on-one meetings with Warranty Administrators to provide guidance and support.
• Review warranty receivable schedules to ensure accuracy and timely collection.
• Oversee warranty accounting adjustments and maintain compliance with dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
• Assist in weekly and monthly warranty reporting, ensuring data integrity and performance tracking.
• Provide on-site store visit support to assist dealership locations with warranty processes.
• Support hiring efforts and onboard new warranty administrators, ensuring they are trained effectively.
• Deliver leadership training to enhance the skills and development of the warranty team.
• Foster a collaborative work environment by conducting team huddles and providing ongoing team support.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a one hour lunch. Additional overtime hours may be required the final business day of the month.

WHO'S RIGHT FOR THE JOB?

• Previous experience in warranty administration, dealership operations, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of warranty policies, accounting adjustments, and reporting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to help out in various areas of the dealership
• Ability to build relationships with team members
