Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs.
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and ensure guest safety.
• Advise guests and service advisors on recommended maintenance or repairs based on inspection results.
• Operate equipment and tools in a safe, efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Ensure prompt and accurate service to meet dealership standards and guest expectations.

Our Entry-Level Mechanic role is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to grow in the automotive technician field. We proudly offer tuition sponsorships through NWTC, FVTC, and MATC, as well as tuition reimbursement with UTI for qualified team members.

Schedule: Shifts ranging from Monday - Friday 7am - 6pm and Saturday 8am - 3pm (in exchange for a weekday off)

Starting pay $17.00-19.00/hour based on experience. Earn an extra $2.00 per hour worked every Saturday!

Qualifications

• Experience: Automotive maintenance experience is a plus, but not requiredtraining is provided!
• Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Requirements:
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
