Responsibilities As An Entry Level Manager:

• Lead dynamic, in-person sales initiatives to present client products and services, boosting customer interest and driving measurable revenue growth
• Develop a strong understanding of the assigned territories, become familiar with the local demographics, and uncover opportunities for new customer acquisitions
• Facilitate continuous professional development through structured training sessions and roleplay sales exercises
• Foster a vibrant, collaborative team environment that prioritizes innovation, accountability, and professional development
• Participate in regular team meetings with Entry-Level Managers to align on goals, boost morale, and enhance sales performance
• Maintain meticulous records of performance and actively make improvements based on sales metrics

• 1-2 years in customer service, marketing, management, sales, business, or communications preferred
• A proactive mindset to create effective solutions when addressing customer needs or client challenges
