Daily Duties:

• Prioritize safety in all tasks and exercises.
• Strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Consistently report any food safety concerns.
• Engage in regular housekeeping duties throughout the shift.
• Lift up to 35 pounds without assistance while standing and walking.
• Efficiently dispose of manufacturing scrap.
• Proactively initiate corrective actions for deviations.
• Identify improvements and report within the system.
• Stay flexible and ready to learn new tasks quickly.
• Collaborate effectively with the Production Supervisor on appointed tasks.

Technical Responsibilities:

• Begin and end machine operation confidently.
• Maintain steady machine operations according to schedules.
• Promptly react to machine alerts and ensure quality controls.
• Thorough documentation regarding production and quality is essential.
• Continuously sanitize machinery and ensure cleanliness.
• Conduct color changes and oversee machine set-up for varying products.
• Document any machine issues meticulously.
• Manage plant scrap collection and system logging.

Core Competencies:

• Solid grasp of basic mathematics and computer skills.
• Proven mechanical insight and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Experience & Education:

We seek individuals with a minimum one-year experience in injection molding and a preference for those with a high school diploma.
