Our South Carolina branch is buzzing with opportunities for full-time technicians ready to contribute under the direction of our Production Supervisor.

Step into the Role:

• Champion safety and prevent injuries in every task.
• Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), avoiding jewelry and other prohibited items.
• Promptly report food safety issues to supervisors.
• Carry out cleaning and housekeeping to maintain a neat work environment.
• Lift 35 pounds throughout the shift while on your feet.
• Sort and properly dispose of scrap materials.
• Address non-conformance issues and suggest improvements.
• Wear safety gear as necessary.
• Adapt swiftly to evolving tasks and customer demands.
• Perform various duties as directed by the supervisor.

Your Technical Toolkit:

• Independently start and shut down injection machinery.
• Ensure seamless operations in alignment with production schedules.
• Respond to machinery alerts and perform quality checks regularly.
• Maintain meticulous production and quality check records.
• Troubleshoot and maintain accessory equipment efficiently.
• Maintain, sanitize, and adjust machinery and molds.
  Complete color changes and oversee product transitions.
• Master document management systems for tracking and scheduling.
• Take charge in weighing and recording plant scrap.

Skills that Shine:

• Basic math and computer literacy.
• Possess mechanical savvy and troubleshooting abilities.
• Articulate communication skills.

Your Background:

Bring at least 1 year of hands-on experience in injection molding, supported preferably by a high school diploma.
