Role Outline
- Ensure safe execution of all tasks without injury risks.
- Commit to Good Manufacturing Practices at all times.
- Report any food safety issues immediately to the concerned managers.
- Perform thorough housekeeping duties during shifts.
- Capable of lifting up to 35 pounds independently throughout shifts.
- Foster continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
- Take proactive measures to address non-conformances.
- Implement improvements through the "See It, Sort It, Report It" principle.
- Adhere to PPE requirements when performing tasks.
Technical Functions
- Participate in shift change discussions for knowledge transfer.
- Coordinate with Shift Supervisors on machine scheduling.
- Regular follow-up on maintenance issues via Communication Boards.
- Prompt addressal of machine safety issues affecting operations.
- Cooperate with production to address quality-impacting maintenance concerns.
- Analyze and fix machine discrepancies across departments.
- Log preventive maintenance and repair records in the MVP system.
- Submit relevant information to the OPS Tracker consistently.
Skill Set
- Competent in technical domains like blueprint interpretation, and system diagnostics.
- Expert troubleshooting abilities across electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic areas.
- Minimum three years' experience with complex close tolerance machinery.
