Summary
Arcticom, LLC, a subsidiary of Bering Straits Native Corporation is currently seeking a qualified Senior-Level Field Engineer for the Ground Based Air Defense Engineering and Logistics Contract at Quantico, VA. Equipment Technicians will support the United States Marine Corps Ground Based Air Defense (GBAD) Engineering and Logistics (E&L) Program in Stafford, VA. This position is a combination of both “in-the-office” and “in-the-field” support and consists of a wide range of technical support activities. Candidate must meet all qualifications, possess an active Security Clearance, and pass rigorous background investigation prior to hiring.

- Lead and manage a team of Equipment Technicians
- Troubleshoot and maintain an Electronic Warfare suite, radar and optic system, and other military information exchange system
- Conduct hardware maintenance and minor installations on equipment and understand the inter-operational relationships of all components to the extent required to perform maintenance services for the GBAD Family of Systems (FoS).
- Must be able to recognize, troubleshoot and isolate malfunctions of the FoS
- Plan, execute, and provide recommendations for preventative maintenance as approved by government personnel
- Provide recommendations on spares, spares program, planning, and tracking operational spares and bench stock
- Provide technical assistance to responding field service personnel
- Data collection that supports failure tracking, test incident reporting, and configuration management

- This position requires at least 15 years’ experience in the specific field and a bachelor’s degree (or applicable work experience).
- This position requires an Active SECRET security clearance.
- DAU – ACQ 101 – Fundamentals of Systems Acquisition Management (*required* within 6 months of hire)
