SUMMARY
Bering Straits Native Corporation (BSNC) is seeking a full-time Billing Specialist II for the Folsom, CA office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed for this position and are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job.
- Create and submit billings to customers by their prospective due dates and the deadlines of the accounting department.
- Maintain related spreadsheets to track billing and revenue.
- Review and approve cash receipts for accuracy.
- Weekly release of PWP vendors for payables.
- Monthly follow up on aging receivables for cash management.
- All other duties as assigned.

The job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system. The work described herein is primarily in a modern office setting. Occasional travel may be required. A hybrid work schedule is available with 2 days work from home / week : this is subject to changes in the Corporate Policy.
