SUMMARY
SVI a subsidiary of Bering Straits Native Corporation is currently seeking a qualified Program Logistics Support Specialist for the Zahl Maintenance contract in Adelphi, MD. The PLSS will support the Director with the management of and implementation process of the organization’s services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing tasks. Support in development of work breakdown structures, helps identify resource conflicts, manages schedule risks, ensures deliverables schedule is met and interacts directly with the customer. Also, will be responsible for supporting GFEBS.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Compliance and Training Coordination :
Ensure team compliance with regulatory training standards and certifications and other relevant industry guidelines.
Develop and implement strategies that align with risk management priorities, advising on best practices and industry standards.
Prepare and deliver regular status reports to government leads, conduct project status meetings, and maintain transparent communication across organizational levels.
Build and maintain effective relationships with government leads and other stakeholders, supporting team and project objectives.
