We are an Integrated Medical Clinic in Beverly Hills seeking an experienced and knowledgeable biller for immediate higher. THIS IS AN IN PERSON POSITION, NOT REMOTE . We are looking for someone that will work in our Beverly Hills Office 3 days per week; Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
You must be proficient at data input as you will be entering payment information from insurance companies and will be balancing patient accounts and sending out supplemental bills.
You must be familiar with calling Insurance Companies, obtaining pre-authorizations, reading and understanding EOB's, Co-Pays, Co-Insurance payments, Insurance verifications of benefits and working with Office Ally software.
You will need to understand coding using ICD-10 and be able to explain medical benefits to the staff during staff meetings as well as to patients.
You will also be responsible for daily data entry of charges throughout the day as well as running AR reports. You will assist the front desk with answering incoming calls, taking calls from patients that have questions regarding their insurance, helping room patients and collecting patient payments.
If you have an understanding and work experience with regenerative medicine billing you move to the top of the list.
