Position Summary
Our Marketing Project Managers (MPMs) at the Marketing and Research Center (The MaRC) are instrumental in providing excellent support for our multifamily advisors as they conduct their daily business activities in the commercial real estate industry. The Marketing Project Managers are the main point of contact, working collaboratively with all production support teams, including email marketing, graphic design, research, and more to gather necessary data and content to create the marketing and business development materials for assigned producers and their clients. The MPMs are content gatherers and creators, and often serve as graphic design whisperers. They are the backbone to every production team that keeps the producers, clients, and support teams running efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate gathering of information from advisors and other support staff for creation of marketing materials, presentation packages, and other documents
- Launch listings for assigned advisors and provide support through close of escrow
- Submit requests for documents like research reports, neighborhood data, historical and economic data
- Prepare proposal, presentation, and communication materials. Coordinates the distribution of internal and external team marketing information.
- Coordinate with advisors and marketing support staff to ensure accurate, timely production and distribution of materials
- Monitor and order office inventory and marketing materials for assigned advisors
- Maintain database of potential buyers, sellers and property listings and escrows for assigned advisors
- May participate in the formulation and strategy for marketing particular properties and expanding business for a dedicated team.
- Acts as single point of contact for all data requirements from the production team, including information related to marketing, research, and financial analysis.
- Maintains and updates marketing infrastructure which may include a database system, intranet, and external website, including data on all prospects.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe
- Outstanding time management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain focus while coordinating internal project delivery teams
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to effectively manage strong personalities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Innovative critical thinking skills
- Previous experience with Salesforce preferred
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate preferred
- Adobe InDesign experience a plus
- Two to four years prior experience in a similar position.
