The receptionist serves as the welcoming face and voice of the company, ensuring a positive first impression for all visitors and callers. This role is pivotal in maintaining smooth office operations by managing the front desk, coordinating communication, and providing essential administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. This position is key to fostering a welcoming and efficient workplace atmosphere.

The receptionist will perform a wide range of office support activities for the facilities department to help facilitate the efficient operation of the local office.
- Receive and direct visitors; providing access cards, as directed by Facilities management
- Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls
- Serve as a liaison with the office property management company
- Other general administrative duties and responsibilities as required

- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, and other basic MS programs
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years of experience in a similar position
