Job Description : CAD Designer
Berkel & Company Contractors, Inc., a highly successful, employee-owned foundation construction company, is looking for an experienced CAD Designer to join our growing team in our Southeast regions : Atlanta, GA; Nashville, TN; Silver Spring, MD.
As a CAD Designer, you will directly collaborate with the Engineering and Project Management teams as you work on a wide variety of Geo-Structural projects.
CAD Designer Responsibilities
- Produce drawings, including plan views, cross-sections, details, and figures.
- Produce point files for construction staking.
- Develop and maintain standard details.
- Interpret and understand project drawings (including civil, structural, and architectural).
- Identify potential conflicts in generated shop drawings with future and / or existing work.
