Responsibilities:
- Create awareness among potential students about our college programs.
- Tour and interview prospective students to assess their suitability for our college.
- Initiate and follow up on students' financial aid processes to ensure smooth progress.
- Schedule entrance exams, financial aid planning sessions, registration, and orientation events.
- Procure necessary student documents in a timely manner.
- Develop relationships with high schools, colleges, and community personnel to promote our college.
- Manage and update student records accurately and efficiently.
- Report on outreach efforts effectively and provide regular updates.
- Attend team meetings regularly and contribute to discussions.
- Stay receptive to continuous training and product knowledge updates to disseminate accurate information.
Work Arrangements:
- Onsite work with one day of remote work per week.
- Evenings and Saturdays are required as part of the job.
- Travel across NJ Campus locations may be necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience.
- Able to work in a high-performance standard, driven, and team-oriented environment.
Skills and Abilities:
- Extensive follow-up skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work effectively with culturally diverse student populations.
- Strong communication, phone, and computer skills.
- Proficient in using databases, Microsoft Office, and Google products.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Office 365, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, Salesforce, UltiPro, PeopleSoft, and LinkedIn is an asset.
