- Ophthalmic Assistant/Scribe for our office in the Greenway Plaza/River Oaks Area of Central Houston.
Primary responsibility will be scribing for an optometrist but will occasionally improve clinical0 flow by assisting with patient workups. Ideal skill set will contain most of the following:
- Manual Refractions,
- Ability to read glasses on manual lensometer,
- Tonometry,
- Visual Fields,
- OCT,
- A-Scan,
- Topography,
- Computer Skills (experience on Electronic Medical Records a plus but will train an OA with proper patient work-up skills)
Hours of Operation:
Monday – Thursday: 8 am – 5 pm
Friday: 8 am – 2 pm
