We currently have an opening for an Ophthalmic Assistant in the following location:

• Pearland

The Ideal Candidates have 3 years of technician experience in an ophthalmic environment.

Skill Set should include:

Manual Refractions,

Ability to read glasses on manual lensometer,

Tonometry,

Visual Fields,

OCT,

A-Scan,

Topography,

Computer Skills (experience on Electronic Medical Records)

Strong preference for Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Berkeley Eye Center has 26 clinics, 3 surgery centers and an optical lab in the Greater Houston Area & Corpus Christi. We provide a wide range of vision care services including routine vision exams, outpatient cataract and retina surgery, LASIK, Optical and much more.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.25 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
