PURPOSE :
Join our esteemed team at Berkeley Hall Club where exceptional service meets a refined atmosphere. he Men's Locker Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the men's locker room, ensuring it meets the high standards expected by our members and their guests. This role requires the ability to work efficiently under pressure while delivering outstanding service. Strong listening skills and a dedication to providing a premium experience are essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Arrive on time, well-groomed, and dressed in the appropriate uniform.
- Ensure all areas of the men's locker room are kept clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Prepare coffee and stock the beverage station.
- Provide shoe-shining services to members.
- Collect and launder soiled linens in the designated laundry room.
- Maintain cleanliness of toilet and shower areas between housekeeping shifts.
- Monitor inventory levels of towels, toiletries, locker room supplies, and cleaning materials.
- Vacuum floors in both men's and ladies' locker rooms.
- Assist with banquet setups and resets as needed.
- Remove stains from upholstered chairs when necessary.
- Dust and polish wooden lockers.
- Maintain an updated list of locker assignments and ensure proper upkeep.
- Treat all members, guests, and staff with respect and professionalism.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
