Senior Marketing Manager responsible for developing, managing, and executing strategic marketing / communications initiatives and programs for BRG’s Healthcare Advisory practice.
The role requires a marketing professional with a proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, and creating integrated campaigns that will build brand awareness, deepen client relationships with the firm, and support business development.
Reporting Relationships: Reports to Director of Healthcare Marketing
Key Contacts: Senior experts and professionals, Marketing & BD colleagues, and liaison with Internal Communications, IT, HR and Recruitment, Legal, and Finance teams on projects as needed.
- Major Responsibilities/ Job Functions:Management and Strategy
- Develop strategic marketing plans/programs/campaigns
- Manage marketing coordinator(s): monitors work quality and workload, provides direction/training, and assists in career development
- Manage relationships with marketing-related vendors
Technology
- Utilize and help continually refine team’s use of marketing technology including CRM, project management tools, Microsoft suite including Teams, SharePoint, website content management systems, social media related tools etc.
- Assist with CRM data quality efforts
- Ensure compliance with data protection/privacy laws
- Assist with the development of documentation and execution of training programs
- Perform advanced/complex searches based on criteria, segmentation, and list population
- Provide hands on guidance and support with our mailing platform and CRM platform to marketing team and other internal stakeholders
Digital Marketing
- Contribute to overall social media approach and policy for the firm
- Ensure optimal social media presence and effectiveness for key business areas and specific campaigns
- Incorporate a strong digital marketing element to all marketing campaigns and activity
- Manage practice and individual website presence including updating and creating service and industry pages and related content and campaigns
Thought Leadership, Content Marketing & PR
- Plan and execute thought leadership and other content-based campaigns across multiple channels
- Manage, update and create practice specific sales enablement content (e.g., practice guides, case studies, etc.)
- Help plan and deliver market positioning programs including advertising, customized materials related communications
Events
- Help manage/oversee firm events (online and offline), conferences, and sponsorships
Knowledge, Skills and Behaviors:
- Must be highly skilled and professional with 10-12 Years of experience
- Ability to lead/participate in a cross-functional project team and/or lead or assist in the delivery of multiple projects
- Skilled in effectively working with senior level management
- Ability to think “big picture” and understand in a detailed and thorough manner the key trends and levers that drive the business
- Excellent project management skills
- Keeps up-to-date with industry and marketing trends
- Strong digital marketing experience/understanding
- Event management experience/expertise
- Experience with a CRM platform
- Expertise in data analysis and reporting
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal presentation; copywriting skills an advantage
- Visual presentation/design including very strong PowerPoint skills
- Business analysis expertise and problem-solving skills
- Ability to utilize analysis skills to trend and interpret information and communicate meaningful information effectively
- Ability to identify and implement process efficiencies and solutions
Salary Range: 150k-170k
Candidate must be able to submit verification of his/her legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.
