Job Overview:
Berkeley Staffing L.L.C. is currently seeking a motivated and skilled IT Technician to join our team. The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and other IT equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner
- Provide technical support to end users and assist with IT-related inquiries
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT systems to ensure optimal performance
- Assist with the setup and implementation of new IT projects and initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of IT equipment inventory and software licenses
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding IT security and data protection
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
