Job Description
As an integral part of our Delinquent Tax team, the Legal Support Clerk will use situational analysis and problem-solving skills to investigate facts, prepare documents, and file paperwork with various county courthouses and offices.
The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, ability to manage difficult or emotional situations, and be comfortable with regularly interacting and communicating with others.
- Research, maintain, and update multiple account types
- Answer inquiries and communicate frequently with taxpayers, clients, and district representatives
- File complaints with magistrates' offices
- Attend magistrate hearings in counties surrounding the Lehigh Valley area
- Respond to voicemails left by taxpayers via phone
- Complete all tasks in a timely manner while meeting company standards
