CREDITECH, Inc. provides a wide range of collections services and proprietary technologies to help clients achieve compensation and recovery goals. We focus on municipal, medical, retail, and utility collections, and offer top of the line friendly customer care!
In order to provide outstanding collections services, the successful candidate will use their excellent communication and analytical skills to help resolve debt payer issues within the guidelines of the Fair Debt Collections Practice Act, Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and company policies in a collections environment.
What you'll do as a Customer Service Representative in our Collections department:
- Contact clients regarding open accounts
- Collect on delinquent accounts.
- Analyze client information and maintaining client confidentiality.
- Provide great Customer Service with solutions that fit our clients' needs.
SCHEDULE LOCATION:
- Start date: April 28, 2025 or sooner!
- Full-time schedule: Mon - Fri, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- No weekends!
- On-site in our Allentown, PA office
- Once released from training (~2-4 months), hybrid (office/remote) work environment is available for this position as business needs dictate and if performance is maintained.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual - English/Spanish speaking a must
- One to three years related experience and/or training
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
