Job Description:
This role will work alongside staff from Student Financial Services to build out the financial aid and billing modules in Workday Student. The incumbent will provide technical knowledge to lead with configuration requirements, as well as validate the testing strategy participate in regular working and core meetings, monitor issues and their resolutions for SFS, and assist with developing and documenting standard operating procedures to maintain the system post-deployment.

- Responsible for ensuring Workstream deliverables are achieved including the gathering of requirements, issue resolution, testing, and operational readiness
- Coordinating workstream’s activities across all learning environments
- Validate the testing strategy
- Participate in business process and configuration design sessions
- Participate in regular working and core meetings
- Attend regular cross-functional leads meetings
- Monitor issues and their resolution for Student Financial Services using identified tools within the workstream.
- Track development, testing and deployment
- Assist with the development, as needed
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
- Knowledge of Workday Student
- Knowledge of Colleague SIS
- Knowledge of federal and state financial aid regulations
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
