Job Description : Position Description

Reporting to the Director, Student Success Advising the special project assistant will support the work of the Director throughout the Workday Student implementation process. The position assists the Director / Student Advising Workstream Members as the primary point of coordination for workstream meetings, communications, and file / materials management. This position will collaborate with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to facilitate workstream transparency, accountability, and compliance with required deadlines and deliverables.

This position will be responsible for scheduling meetings, creating agendas, drafting stakeholder communications, and assisting with managing the project. This position will also be asked to take on administrative duties for the Director, including, but not limited to the overall operations of the success advising department.

Knowledge / Skills Required

Project Management Experience

Strong organizational skills

Demonstrated history of effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication in a business setting

Knowledge of and previous experience with digital file management and business technology including zoom, SmartSheets, asana, excel, word and google suite or similar.

Ability to manage multiple competing priorities within specified deadlines

Ability to work independently, collaboratively and within a large team setting

Ability to effectively and creatively problem-solve position-related issues with minimal supervision

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or two years of business-related post high school training

Ability to work during Berklee business hours (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST)

Ability to work in a hybrid environment (both on-campus and remote)
