We are hiring a part-time customer service/sales associate at the NEW Berkley Music Academy in Berkley!
You must have an outgoing personality, be great on the phone and comfortable one on one with clients. This position has a strong element of sales and customer service. 16 hours a week, one weekend and two weekday morning/afternoons
*Full paid training provided
Duties include:
- Working the front desk in the school lobby
- Answering two phone lines
- Maintaining high-level customer service to current students
- Scheduling
-Efficiency with social media, email, texting
- Light cleaning
- Other related tasks
-Sales experience
