Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our Sales & Marketing IT team and lead the development and optimization of our CRM and MarTech tools. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our operating units and drive business growth.

  • Execute on the product strategy for CRM, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Lead and manage Salesforce projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain detailed product specifications and documentation.
  • Ensure seamless integration of CRM solutions with other business systems and applications.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and user data to make informed decisions and drive product improvements.
  • Provide and necessary support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize their CRM effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform product development.
  • Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Travel approximately 5-10%

Qualifications

  • 5 years of product management experience, preferably in the CRM or sales automation industry.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
  • A high technical acumen including the ability to understand and use technologies such as SQL, Python, Apex, etc.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to thrive and produce results with little or no supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact seamlessly at all levels with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong customer service focus and sense of urgency.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and learn new technologies and systems.
  • Ability to function as a valuable team member inside a virtual collaboration environment.
  • Must have demonstrated the capability of meeting the key accountabilities or have the ability to learn/perform them.
  • Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.
  • May occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
  • Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) are highly desirable.
  • Experience with enterprise CRM system interfaces.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Co-Pilot.
  • Agile/Scrum team exposure and experience.
  • Knowledge of the P&C Insurance Industry.
  • Experience working with .Net applications.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in related field or equivalent experience.

Additional Company Details

The company offers a competitive compensation plan and robust benefits package for full time regular employees which for this role include:

  • Base Salary Range: $121,000 – $140,000
  • Eligible to participate in annual discretionary bonus.
  • Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Wellness, Paid Time Off, 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plans.
