Responsibilities
The Windows Systems Administrator is responsible for the implementation and support of Windows Server based operating systems and various applications, hardware and software platforms. Regular job responsibilities will involve supporting a variety of technologies, customer and team driven projects, handling trouble tickets on a priority basis, lifting/moving heavy server and other related equipment, participation in tasks related to helpdesk and desktop support service orders required to meet customer needs, and supporting international business units. Some travel may be required. A comprehensive performance management plan will involve the identification, discussion and implementation of personal and business related objectives and goals aimed at career and team development.

- Build, configure, install and cable servers, rack and related equipment
- Work irregular hours and on call rotation to meet business requirements

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Microsoft Windows Server technology for a minimum of 6 years
- Web Server technologies for a minimum of 3 years
- DFSR support and administration of 3 years
- VMWare ESX and Virtual Center virtualization technologies for a minimum 2 years
- Citrix Metaframe Presentation Server for a minimum of 2 years
- Solid knowledge of networking concepts and technologies (protocols, software & HW components)
- Bilingual service in English/Spanish and some Portuguese a real plus.
- Cisco UCS
- Citrix Access Gateway / Netscaler
- SCCM Software Delivery / Unattended installation
- Patch Management / Windows Software Update Services
- Windows Deployment Services / Remote Image
- Asset Management
- Enterprise software such as Veeam, Anti-Virus and Fax
- Linux
- Single Sign On
- Scripting languages for systems management
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline is required
- The following certifications or equivalent
- (VCP) VMware Certified Professional
- (MCSE) Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
