We're currently looking for a Associate Data Exchange Technician (EDI) with a focus on collaboration, data acquisition, and issue resolution. In this role, you will:
- Handle the acquisition, mapping, and processing of data from our exchange partners.
- Monitor and audit the successful processing of data.
- Identify and help resolve data quality and processing issues.
- Work collaboratively with our data analysts on timeliness, completeness, and accuracy of data received from our exchange partners.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.
As a Data Exchange Technician, your key responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships with data exchange partners, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance data quality and efficiency.
- Participating in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new data interfaces and enhancements to existing ones.
- Managing the flow of questions and feedback during the development, testing, and production phases of data exchange solutions.
- Working to acquire and interpret claims loss run data.
