This role is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to elevate Berkley Life Sciences' online presence and drive business growth. The role leverages online platforms and technologies to effectively promote the BLS brand in the marketplace.
Specific Duties
Under the direction of the Marketing Manager :
- Develop and Execute Automated Email Campaigns :
- Utilize our Marketing Cloud platform to create automated email journeys.
- Design customer-specific journeys to welcome new insured clients.
- Educate insured clients on BLS services such as the EDN helpline.
- Announce and promote product launches through targeted email campaigns.
- Analyze and Optimize Advertising Strategies :
- Investigate LinkedIn and Google Ads, focusing on keywords and costs.
- Develop a comprehensive pitch analyzing the cost / benefit of advertising options.
- Assist the marketing team with planning and executing events.
- Investigate AI tools and recommend their potential applications in digital marketing.
- Create a reward system for producers who achieve specific milestones, promoting performance and engagement.
