Responsibilities
As a Senior Claims Representative, you will investigate moderate to complex commercial casualty claims in a prompt, equitable manner by analyzing coverage, liability, and damages; evaluating reserves; and negotiating settlement or conclusion of claims. This role is ideal for a claims professional who has a proven ability to handle complex coverage, liability, and damage issues. We'll trust you to proactively manage litigated claims while collaborating with defense counsel.

We'll count on your:
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess claims, review evidence, and determine coverage, liability and damages.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for interacting with claimants, witnesses, and legal professionals.

Qualifications
What you need to have:
- 5 years casualty claims experience
- Excellent communication (written/verbal) and inter-personal skills
- Obtain and retain required state adjuster licenses
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of tools
- Ability to travel occasionally, as required for proper claim resolution
What makes you stand out:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Commercial casualty claims experience i.e. Automobile, General Liability, Product Liability, Umbrella claims and Construction Defect claims
- Advanced insurance education desired, e.g., AIC, CPCU, SCLA
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
