Position: Associate Attorney

Garden City, NY
Job Type:
Full-time (Hybrid Schedule Available)
Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and analysis on matrimonial and family law issues.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including settlement agreements, prenuptial agreements, and court pleadings.
Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and depositions.
Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on matrimonial and family law matters.
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and projects.
Manage and prioritize a caseload efficiently to meet deadlines.
Participate in business development activities and foster client relationships.
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in a matrimonial law firm.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
A sense of humor is a plus!
