Job Description
As an Associate Director of Assurance & Advisory Services at BPB, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our practice. You will lead high-profile audit engagements, spearhead business development efforts, and work closely with executive leadership to drive the firm's growth and innovation. This role involves overseeing multiple teams, ensuring exceptional client service, and maintaining the highest professional standards.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of audit engagements, including financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, and agreed-upon procedures.
- Ensure adherence to US GAAP and GAAS, addressing complex technical issues with expertise.
- Provide strategic advisory services, delivering insights and recommendations to enhance client operations, reporting processes, and decision-making.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to optimize both internal and client-facing workflows.
- Collaborate with Partners to develop and implement engagement strategies, manage client expectations, and align efforts with firm-wide objectives.
- Cultivate and sustain long-term, trusted relationships with clients, ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Mentor and lead multiple teams of audit professionals, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative environment.
- Oversee performance evaluations and professional development programs for audit staff and managers.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand the Assurance practice, including client acquisition, referral generation, and participation in networking events.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of the firm's goals and objectives.
