About Our Forensic Services Group Our forensic services group assists attorneys in developing and presenting complex litigation cases. Our professionals bring business and technical skills to manage and analyze significant amounts of data in preparation for expert testimony in court and alternative dispute resolution venues. Our team has extensive experience in investigative accounting, auditing, finance, business valuation, taxation, technology, damage assessment, and bankruptcy / reorganization.

Job Summary The Forensic & Advisory Services Associate will assist in executing litigation support and forensic accounting engagements, primarily in the matrimonial area, but may also support business valuations, fraud examinations, and other forensic matters. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to develop expertise in forensic accounting.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in preparing case work-up, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Conduct research and data analysis to support forensic investigations.
  • Organize financial records, prepare schedules, and summarize findings.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for client engagements.
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze financial data related to disputes and investigations.
  • Maintain effective communication with supervisors and team members to ensure projects are completed timely and accurately.
  • Support expert witness preparation by gathering and organizing relevant information.
  • Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

Desired Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in forensic accounting, litigation support, or a related field (internships or prior work experience preferred but not required).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with QuickBooks, FinPlan, and CaseMap is a plus.
  • CPA eligibility preferred; pursuit of CPA, ABV, CVA, CFE, or CFF certification is encouraged.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
