Experienced Automotive Finance Manager

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations, managing loan processing, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This position requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial software, and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the finance department's daily operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with TILA regulations.
• Manage the loan processing workflow, including evaluating loan applications and making informed decisions on creditworthiness.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop financing solutions that meet customer needs while maximizing dealership profitability.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights into business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure contracts are processed accurately and efficiently, maintaining thorough documentation throughout the process.
• Utilize financial software for data entry, reporting, and analysis; ensure all records are maintained accurately using 10 key typing skills.
• Train and mentor staff on best practices in finance management, loan processing, and upselling techniques to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role within a dealership or financial institution.
• Strong mathematical skills with an emphasis on analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with loan officer responsibilities and knowledge of the loan processing lifecycle.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively across departments, particularly in sales environments.
• Proficient in financial software applications; experience with data entry and reporting tools is essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex financial information clearly to stakeholders.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $130,201.00 per year
