Berkshire Hospitality, a division of Berkshire Blanket, is hiring a customer service professional to be our “first line” in handling customer queries and supporting sales. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent telephone support as the primary in-bound telephone contact. The ideal candidate will be experienced and comfortable answering product questions, acting as “point person” for sample requests, addressing payment issues, and directing calls, questions & complaints to the appropriate staff members. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers and a variety of software.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Answering and responding to telephone calls and inquiries
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Comfortable using computers and software programs.
- Experience working with customer support.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
