Help an individual with disabilities succeed at a job. Spend time at job sites--such as retail stores and hotels--supporting individuals with disabilities. Help develop their career skills, and work with job site managers to ensure the employee and employer both benefit from the relationship.
Responsibilities:
- Provide effective training of individuals by conducting assessments, developing goals
- Assist individuals be integrated into the workplace/local community
- Maintain positive relations with all parties (i.e. employers/residential providers)
- Have good judgement, problem solving skills and reliability.
