Responsibilities:
- Will work collaboratively with program Multi-Site Manager to assume responsibility for the recruitment, orientation, training, supervision and evaluation of all assigned staff.
- Perform all necessary and required duties to ensure that individual needs are met.
- Participate in the screening and selection of all individuals being considered for admission into the residence(s).
- Perform ADL assessments and recommendations for annual objectives; participate in Program Reviews toward the development of an Individual Support Plan for each person in the residence as assigned by the program Multi-Site Manager.
