Responsibilities
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide outstanding primary care services to patients of all ages.
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations, medical histories, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic illnesses, including acute injuries, infections, and chronic conditions.
- Order and interpret various diagnostic tests, such as laboratory work, radiography, and other diagnostic imaging.
- Prescribe medications, administer immunizations, and perform minor surgical procedures as required.
- Educate patients and their families on preventive healthcare measures, lifestyle modifications, and treatment options.
- Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the electronic health records system.
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay up-to-date with current medical practices and advancements.
