Job Summary
This position involves working with at-risk youth in a short-term residential detention facility, providing guidance, support, and supervision to ensure their safety, well-being, and positive development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in youth development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily activities and provide a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment
- Work collaboratively with leadership to address any concerns and support the facility's mission
- Communicate effectively with youth, families, and staff
- Develop and implement individualized plans to promote youth development and well-being
Requirements

- Education: High School or better
- Experience: Minimum 1 year experience working with youth and families; Associates Degree can be substituted for the 1-year experience (Human Services for related field)
- Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, ability to work with economically and culturally diverse population
